The software release (when to stop testing) depends on the
following factors which would be defined in the Exit
criteria of the Test Plan:
1. The Application/Product should be stable.
2. When all the High severity bugs are fixed.
3. The rate at which the bugs are found is minimal.
4. The project is at minimum risk.
