I have working in Manual testing domain in past 1.5years
exp. now im looking for Automation testing how can i shift?

Hi,
You need to first identify what automation tool you are
going to use(in your work). Try to download the tool, the
help files and the manual.
If possible attend a refresher/started course on the topic,
or you can take the help of automation testers already in
the organization.
You need to slowly implement the manual test cases in to
automated mode, using the automation tool, also try to take
up a certification course in the same, if available.
