if worker works for
1 day - give 1 unit bar
2 days - give 2 unit bar
3 days - give 1 and 2 bars
4 days - give 4 unit bar
5 days - give 4 and 1 bars
6 days - give 4 and 2 bars
7 days - give all three 1,2 and 4
