WHY DOES NEUTRAL DO NOT CARRY EVEN THOUGH IT CARRIES RETURN

Neutral carry return current equal to phase current but in
the scence of one phase.OR it carry in three phase
condition only when different current flowing conditon if
current will same in three phase then in neutral wire no
current return.
