OLTC MEANS ON LOAD TAP CHANGER
THE FUNCTION OF OLTC IS TO CHANGE THE VOLTAGE LEVEL OF
SECONDARY SIDE OF TRANSFORMER ACCORDING TO CHANGE IN LOAD
TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT AND TO KEEP THE VOLTAGE CONSTANT
WITHIN THE LIMITS
