hii Pari & All
Its right that after probotion period only ur basic will
be hike upto 4660 but this increment in basic(4660-4410)=
250Rs has nothing got to do with ur allownces as ur
allownces and perks will be same so in that case also ur
total salary can not be more than Rs 8500/- after probotion
period.
