like advanstages all things have some of limitations so
accounts having some of limitations that it is historical
in nature ,unable to give actual result but gives
estimated, it takes provissions , unable to make decission
making, takes time to give result of a finacial year,unable
to detect current pogion in the market when the invester
need, having no link with costing and management account.
