Hiii Shruti & Amit,
Its really gr8 to see u both on this blog after a long time.
u r rite shruti that there are chances for promotions.
We can appear for internal exams after every three years
but guys definaitly that will nt too easy as we have to
compete with each other.
As Amit & many other guys are getting much more salary so
that is not the issue too.
Everyone wants to get into the largest public sector bank
and if u r talented believe me nobody can stop you.
