OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

My primary objective is that “A Study on customer
of Videocon in cuttack” and other secondary objectives are
following:-
• To know the preference level of customer towards
the brand Videocon Consumer Electronics and Home
Appliances.
• To know the factors which affect the brand image?
• To know the opinion of people regarding shopping of
Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances.
• To find out the market share of Videocon.
• To learn the pricing strategies of different
Videocon’s consumer electronics and the pre-delivery and
the post-delivery procedures.

• To generate Promotion tool is very important as it
educates the consumers about the product and its features.
These promotion activities were done on the local level
i.e. not from advertising in the media. These were done in
the city itself and within the surrounding areas of the
showroom.
