why DC current not used in Transformer action?
Answer Posted / rakesh punia
in dc source there is zero frequency
whereas in ac source thefrequencuy is not zero.now what is
magnetic flux ?.basically magnetic flux is no of magnetic
lines of force passing through an small area.
when this magnetic lines change or fux changes emf or
current is produced.this is being proved by faraday.in ac
this phenomenon takes place due to variable frequency while
in dc frequeency is zero thus no emmf is produced thus no
mutual induction which prime principle of any transformer,
