what happen when diesel is injected in petrol engine
Answer Posted / phani
u need more air and more compression has to takes place so
that more temperature has to develop in petrol engine.
so finally non uniform combustion will takes place so that
the output shaft power will be jurk.
i.e. some times it will go and suddenly it will stop and
again starts.
so that it will affect on the connecting rod. it will gives
more sudden loads on that connecting rod so that the cam
shaft may fails due to non uniform inertia.
