Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was
not happy with the project desc and asked for more
documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she
asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to
drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens
next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for
passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked
to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it
gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi
Dont worry.I was also stuck with the same problem.You can
drop the asked documents in the dropbox without the
passport.If they find your documents fine, they will either
email you or Call you on the number that you initially
specified while taking appoitmnets or inform 156 and 157
and ask you to drop your passport in Dropbox # 5.Even if
they need some more information they will call you to
provide them with more information.

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?
