The hilly areas like ooty and kodaikanal r more cooler
because of the suns reflection, the low lying areas recieve
the suns ray first and afterwards it gets reflected, by the
time the suns ray reaches, it cools down and there is no
heat in the hilly area thats why hilly areas r more cooler
then low lying areas..
