Recruitment is the process of sourcing,
interviewing,screening and selecting the best candidates in
the market in relevance with the job description of the
vacancy (skills, qulaifications, experience) and the
budgeted salary.
In its broader sense it starts with manpawer planning and
ends with fitting and introducing the new recruit into the
position and organization.
