which earthing plate ur talking abt???
there is earthing rod/bar in the panel to which we attached
a strip for earthing and we connect that to main earthing
soft cock, water(salty) will reduce the resistance and it
is in the pit in which earthing rod is vertical, it drains
current /or it injects current depending up on fault
position and pit postion
