for first five years of my career I would like to know the
company, Industry and its customers i am working in, I
would like to do the frontline job so that I know the
business and customer expectations, hence after five years
I see myself in the middle level management with a team
working under me and me taking decisions on how to sell,
whom to target, what schemes to launch, how to place the
product in the market motivate my team,appraise
them,recruit them and look after their growth.After 10 yrs
I see myself part of the management team which decides on
strategic decisions like which market or product to enter
and which to leave,How to brand the company and its product
lines,handling communication with the media.
