MARKETING IS THE PROCESS OF TRANSFERRING GOODS AND
SERVICIES FROM PRODUCER TO CONSUMER IN SUCH A WAY THAT
PROVIDES SOLUTION TO CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. BECAUSE THESE DAYS
PEOPLE DONT BUY PRODUCT, INSTEAD THEY BUY A SOLUTION.
FOR EG:- ALARM CLOCK, WRIST WATCH ARE PRODUCT BUT MOBILE
PHONE IS SOLUTION TO PROBLEM.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1.)MARKETING MANAGER SHOULD HAVE FULL INFORMATION OF CHANGE
IN MARKET SO THAT HE MAKE CHANGES IN PRDUCT ACCORDINGLY.
2.)HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS WORDS WHILE COMMUNICATING TO
CUSTOMERS
3.)HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RELATIONSHIP MARKETING, SO THAT HE
CAN RETAIN VALUABLE CUSTOMERS FOR THE COMPANY.
