1. I am currently working at CompanyA in L1B visa, I am going to apply H1B visa through CompanyB in March 2013. If the H1B Visa got approved, what is the proper procedure to get relieved from company A and join company B ? Will there be any legal issues? 2. I am going to apply for H1B Visa next month. My L1B visa going to expire in April 2013. Can I go to India while H1B in process and get H1B from India?

My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?
