I am going for H1B interview at Mumbai Consulate very soon so expecting prompt answer for my case. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?
Hi guys, I am not having employers tax returns document, it is neccesary for stamping process? how to handle the consulate people without that document, Plz give me valuable answer.

I am working as SWE .I got H1B approved (valid from Oct- 2009 to Sep-2012).This time I have planes to attend consulate in Oct’09. I was working inthe US on OPT and came to India to have my H1B stamped . I had been for my H1B visa interview last week feb 4th and was asked the following question. 1. What is your latest degree? 2. How many employees are working in your company? Me: around 30 3. Are all of them from India? Me: most of them she issued me 221(g) and asked me for the following documents: 1. Petitioner's Federal income tax return past 3yrs 2. Petitioner's State unemployment wage reports for past 3 years 3.List of petitioner's employees at your job site including names, titles , salaries and immigration status. I was wondering what are they trying to determine by determing how many employees are from India and are there chances of refusal if they find out 10 out of 30 are on H1

My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???

hi this is seenu from hyderabad. i hav completed mba (distence).buy i after tht i did pgdca and .net course after tht i joined job as a software engineer .now i got h1b visa appointment in chennai octo 30th now i hav exp two years only but i put four years exp as a software engineer .now i got job as a program analyst same company head office in usa . my employeer only suggestme like put four years exp like tht . this is my profile plz can anyone can tell which questions they ill ask and give me suggections .
