hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? Hi All, I have attended for H1B yesterday in chennai consulate. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.
Hi, I have not filed my IT returns for 2008-09 as my income was NIL due to unemployment. IT dept.even refused to accept a NIL form. If I do get a job offer from US and have to apply for a business visa, would I need IT returns for 08-09?

Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?.
