Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was
not happy with the project desc and asked for more
documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she
asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to
drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens
next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for
passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked
to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it
gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.

hai,dont worry boss u will be selected for that dont get
tense . but one thing i also selected in lottery for
2008-2009 for h1b and i got papers also but i did not go for
stamping, i need to go to mumbai for that where u have gone
for stamping u did not declare there. then what questions
they asked u, u did not say tel me with explaination. my

My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? Hi, I would like to know what are the documents required for a person holding an F2 visa to carry for an H1B visa stamping?
I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer asks me then what should be the response?
