What is counting (T556c) and counting class (T554c), what
is the difference between cumulation’s and wage types
cumulation?
Answer Posted / n.navaneethan
1. T556C - counting rule for counting the no. of leave days
in a period. Deduction rule-->Counting Rule--> Assign to
Absence Types
2. Counting classes are used in Wage Type Valuation &
Absence counting. These are assigned to each period work
schedule. Suppose a group of employees are coming in night
shifts and another group is coming in general shifts. We
can assign counting classes to these groups for
diffrentiating them for any payments. Counting classes are
forming buckets to collect paid & unpaid absences
separately.
