Why we are using Ohm's law? where it is applicable? explain.

Answer Posted / electrical engineer

Ohm's Law defines the relationships between (V) voltage,
(I) current, and (R) resistance.
V=IR.
So if you know the value two of the variables in the
equation, you can then determine the third.
Also the (P) Power can be determined.

Ohm's law is used in the analysis of electrical circuits.
Ohm's law can be applied to a complete circuit or part of
the circuit provided V, I & R relate to the same part.
