for 13 kigs and 6 libs per hr = 51 tors
for 8 kigs and 14 libs per hr = 40.3 tors
for 5 kigs and 8 libs per hr = 10 tors
13x + 6y = 51---91x + 42y = 357
8x + 14y = 40--4x + 7y =20--24x + 42y = 120
=> 67x = 237
x = 3.53
y= 2.29
so 6 tors / hr
