IF We have to autoclave two chamber of media one having
temp 100 c and onather at RT,which one get autoclaved first?

Required temperature containing madia chamber will get
first autoclaved.how it is,based upon the F0 calculation
and overkill approch and SAL we will get good sterilization
compare with 100c. if you observe in 100c it will take more
time to sterilize the material compare with RT.
