Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was
not happy with the project desc and asked for more
documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she
asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to
drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens
next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for
passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked
to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it
gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi All
I understand this question , as i was also asked to show the
Project description or Project Report , The Project report
is of the one which we will be working in US , so there is a
specific report format, which needs to be given to the
consulate , i have seen a person exactly with the mentioned
situation in front of me when i visited the US consulate for
H1 , as i had a project report , i got through , you need to
provide the complete project report with all the details,
like design , architecture and so on ... my consultent even
provided his office snaps in US ...

Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks

hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it?
