2.used HTTP,FTP protocals.

4.in web server use URL(address)
5.develope web applications use ASP,JSP,JAVA SCRIPT,HTML
6.business logic is on server side
desktop or client based server:
1.no of users less.
2.used HTP/IP protocal.
3.thick
4.in client server use EXE(address)
5.develope client applications use JAVA SWINGS,VB,ORACLE
FORUMS.
6.business logic is partial on your client side.
