thru, i would suggest u some information,which personaly i feel,
The main question arises is how confident u r, ur
bodylanguage ur personality all these comprises ur
confidence a small example is when ever we tell a lie to our
parents we spit it out very confidently even though we done
the mistake , the same takes in the intrvw,next comes ur
documents which ned to be geniuine what ever reflect in docs
should be perect along with spellings ,n website address if
mentioned,a smile on face will cross all the hurdles in the
intrvw which also reflects ur confidence n says u r
geniuine.anyways take suggestions from ur elders all the
very best dude i pray for ur success.

Hi, I am Titus. I have completed my B.E course on 2005 and I was having arrears which I cleared 2011. But I started to work from 2005 on wards.Totally I have 6 years experiance in IT. Now I am working XXX(joined 2010 , after cleared arrears). My employer willing to sponsor H1B visa and they are ready to approve. I am going for H1B interview at Mumbai Consulate very soon so expecting prompt answer for my case. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?
Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?
