thru, i would suggest u some information,which personaly i feel,
The main question arises is how confident u r, ur
bodylanguage ur personality all these comprises ur
confidence a small example is when ever we tell a lie to our
parents we spit it out very confidently even though we done
the mistake , the same takes in the intrvw,next comes ur
documents which ned to be geniuine what ever reflect in docs
should be perect along with spellings ,n website address if
mentioned,a smile on face will cross all the hurdles in the
intrvw which also reflects ur confidence n says u r
geniuine.anyways take suggestions from ur elders all the
very best dude i pray for ur success.

Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. im going for the first time H1b visa stamping at chennai consulate on 30thseptember.i was employed in a major IT company till 8thseptember2008.since i had to give 2months prior notice to the HR dept of the company,and my US company need me there by october 1st,i resigned my present job(india company).will the unemployment part cause any issue at the time of interview.Is it mandatory that i must be employed at the time of interview?please reply.

I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?
