Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? Secondly in what way I can show my gold?Means is it self attested? Plz guide me. Regards & Thanks,

Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Some info about me I'm a Computer Science graduate, I am a Webmaster and I run my own business and I sponsor myself for my Masters in Software Engineering. 1. Why this University? 2. Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the same University)? 3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply? 4. How will u pay for your second year class? (I have enough account for the fist year only i.e. $25,000) 5. your bank book shows huge amount of money entered within a week...would you explain that? 6. What will you do after graduation? My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do
hi sir.i have my visa interview on 7 jan 2011..i have only one i-20 waiting for other admits..and i have not taken gre...and i have taken ielts and got 5.5..and i have good academic background ssc-76% inter-89% btech-71%(without backlogs)....please tell i will get visa or not...and also what i should answer if visa consulor asks why you have not taken gre....please help me...reply soon....
My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I have never applied for visa till now. I am having a permanent job in India as a lecturer in MBA college but want to join MS in marketing (US)which gives me specialization in e-marketing which is the topic i would like to do a PhD on. How should i defend my case in the visa interview? especially how do i justify my going to US?

I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?
