The Standard naming Convention for a COPA DS start with this
1_C0_PA(CLNT NAME)OPERATING CONCERN NAME
For ex: the client is 800 and operating concenr is IDEA
SO IT SHOULD BE CREATED AS 1_CO_PA800IDEA.
