What is Different between Recruitment and Selection
Answer Posted / sanju
When a firm identifies an opening, it lets out an
advertisement to attract possible applicants. From this
pool of applicants individuals with desired
qualifications, experience etc are called for. This is the
recruitment process. The selection process is the second
step. Here the objective would be to identify the right
person for the job by looking into his qualities that will
suit him for the job.
