in engineering my branch was eee,now i applied master's in computer science,so what should i tell to visa officer

I have applied for f-1 visa on may 18th ,i have not yet recieved my 4-2 results but till now i have an aggregate of 74.33% and no backlogs ,so can i attend the visa appointment without my 4-2 results ,and by just producing the completion certificate

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. I have planned to do Bachelor in hospitality and tourism management.. the colleges that i;m applying does not require sat... bt i have already taken the date for sat on 8th October..... i'm not hoping to get good scores ...... if i'll get low scores, does it will affect the visa..... i have keen interest to do the mentioned major and i have also done "flair bartending" course which is unique and is a part of the major... plz give me suggestions.....
