I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? I got a conditional admit for ohio university,as i got less score in IELTS after getting the admit,i have retaken the test,now my new score is 7 bands.will the conditions in my admit affect my visa??

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. Dear , thanks for helping me out with all the informations provided in this website. i got rejected for f1 visa twice in this month (dec) in Hyderabad vo said ur not elgible for student visa vat i have to do now (i got less scores gre 810 btech 55% and having 10 backlogs but for the gre i got letter from ets mentioning that there is problem with the validation of my exam thats why they are offering me to re test for the free of cost) i want to apply for the next time in Chennai vat will u suggest me thank u

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). what will you do after finishing masters in USA?
I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.
