i have been rejected on 11th of dec 09 for fi visa.consular asked about my academics which are bad i.e,5.04 cgpa and i have only one backlog because of attendance shortage she even asked about my backlogs i have answered the same she refused me straight away and said my academics are bad.I have 15 months of exp in a different field and my core is cse my gre is poor 780 and ielts is 6.0 can i book the slot again for the visa will i get it...?

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant

hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. Dear, One of my close friend is in B2 Visa. Twice she went in B2 and came back to india. First trip to US in June 2008 and second trip to US in Oct 2008.
