business analyst or system analyst collects the BRS from the
clients.after collection of BRS,feasability study is conducted
in the company in the form of :
1)technical feasability:-what r the s/w,h/w requirements for
the developement &testing and availibility of experienced
technical experts in the company they indentify.
2)economical feasability:they analyse whether we can
develope this prject with in our budget. cost benifit
analysis technique is followed.
3)time feasability:-they analyse the enough time to develope
this pjoject.(with in the time)
4)legal feasability:-the legal issues are discussed between
the client &company.(agriment between the client &company
takes place)
after above feasability study ,CEO like people sign on the
project.
