Test Strategy is a document which describes the testing
approach like
1.scope&Objective(need and purpose of the project)
2.Business Issues(Budjet allocation)
3.Test Responsibility Matrix(TRM)
4.Test Automation&Available automation tools
5.Roles & reponsbilities
6.Defect tracking & Defect reporting
7.Test Management & Test metrics
8.configuration management
10.Training needs .
And then TestPlan will be prepared by TestLead and Test
strtegy will be prepared by Project manager.
And Teststrategy and Test methadology bothe are same.Dont
