IT0001 - organisation assignment. which is used to maintain
total employee details like Eg,ESG,PA,PSA, and payroll
area, and administration group and org key and more------
IT0016- contract elements, which is used to maintain the
meployee contract details like whther the employee is
contract emp or temorvery emp or hourly based emp------ etc.
