LOOK UP TABLE IS A REFERENCE TABLE IN WHICH WE WILL PASS A
KEY COLUMN FROM SOURCE TABLE AND WE WILL GET THE REQUIRED
DATA ONCE THE KEY COLUMN MATCHES.
