how can we identify a bug is because of s/w error or OS
problem?

It is little bit coplicated to say that,
1) un install the s/w and install once again. If error is
not comming after 2nd installation then it is s/w problem.
If error is comming then do the 2nd step.
2) format the operating system and install the same
operating system then install the s/w. if error comes again
then it is s/w bug. if error is not comming then it is OS
problem
