here in bpo we make and receive calls for the purpose of
customer care, telemarketing and sale
there are two types of call centers
1)Inbound call center: where in we receive calls to solve
the customer problems n
2)outbound call center where in v make calls for the purpose
of telemarketing and sales
KPO actually stands for Knowledge process outsourcing.
means when a firm uses an outside technical
service to enhance its business performance... bppo may or
may not be technical... but kpo always is...
