I am K.R.Sukumar ,I live in chennai and my aim is to serve
the best to the superiors and also subordinates and to
reach the responsible position in the near future.And to
tell about my qualifications i had my studies upto 10 th
std in Kola permual school ,i scored 78.6% and i changed my
school to matriculation branch of Kola permual school to
pursue my 11th and 12th,i scored 93.1% and i had my college
studies in IRTT,erode, i scored 73.1%.My hobbies are
playing cricket,watching cricket and analysing cricket.And
i have some achievements under my belt, they are " School
first in french ,Runners-up in intra college cricket
tournament and participated in IBM great mind
challenge".And abt my family, my fathers name is
Mr.K.Rajendran and he si finance manager in a Private
Company ,My Mother K.Sujatha is a domestic Engg. and i have
one brother and one sister brother is a software engg. he
is working in a software firm and my sister did BPT and she
has married to a software proffesional.That's all abt me
and my family..................................

AT THE TIME OF REDEMPTION OF DEBENTURES. WHEN THERE IS PROFIT/LOSS ON SALE OF DEBENTURES WE TRANSFER THAT AMOUNT IN PROFIT AND LOSS A/C BUT WHEN WE CANCEL OUR DEBENTURES AFTER BUYING IT FROM OPEN MARKET THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MARKET VALUE AND COST OF DEBENTURES TRANSFER TO "CAPITAL RESERVE ACCOUNT .. WHY SO ANY PRACTICAL ANSWER ??
