total numbers between 100 and 999 is 888.
between 100 and 2oo,ther are 11 numbers with 7.
similar case for all the intervals.but from 700 to
8oo,there are 100 numbers with 7.
so,totally,
7*11+100=177
therefore,the probability of not having 7 is
1-(177/888)=0.8006
