what is phase to phase voltage? what is line to line voltage
Answer Posted / kiran
phase to phase and line to line voltage are same.
Consider the voltage in R-phase or line=230V
Y-phase or line=230V
B-phase or line=230V
To calulate phase to phase voltage you have a formulae i.e.,
inputvoltage*root3(1.732)i.e.,
230v*1.732=398.36v.
This is called as phase to phase or line to line voltage.
