When requirement / SRS document comes to a tester then Do
we prepare the test cases +ve & -ve at a time?

AND MY Next Question to above Is :
If we prepare +ve & -ve test cases [Say 1-20]for Version
say 2.0 if tester get the new build with some feature added
to it say 2.1 Now we have to write the test cases for new
build 2.1 [ I mean to say +ve & -ve] then My next test case
id will be 21 onwards BUT I read that +ve test cases should
be executed first .But If I write Test case for 2.1 then my
sequence of +ve first will get disturb. So
PLEASE GIVE PROPER ANSWER TO This Question
