US education system is innovative, pratical and efficient
and these asspact are nassessary for the devolopment of the
skills and that are apropriate for the pursit of financialy
sucessful career. and if i m considering US as an option of
higher education my chances of scroing well proffesonaly
are very bright. An overseas experience also helps inmy
personal enrichment and devolpoment. It also help to
devolop advance business skills and knowledge needed to
enhance to global compitatiness. thats why i choos US.

Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India. Recently I came to know that I have to give visa interview again because I am away from US for more than 5 months. Do I need to prepare all the visa related documents once again? and what is the chances for me to get the visa?
Please i would like to know ,incase you are refused F1 visa ,how long can it take to reply for another ? Or when refused of visa how long must you go for another interview?
my visa was rejected twice of spring semester and i will apply for fall then i wiil go to visa interview then how i support at that time?
Do immigrant parents (They got green card just 6 months before) have great negative impact in getting F1 visa (student visa) when all other credentials are very good ? (I mean very good unergrad result, test scores, good financial strength in home country..)

My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I could not able to produce empl ID card..howerver I showed visa officer a letter from manager. Hi Everybody, I'm Vineel From Hyderabad.I've done my B.E. in ECE with 72.3% and 8 backlogs(cleared in final yr) GRE=990 and toefl=86 .I've been rejected US F-1 visa to the SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, EDWARDSVILLE for MS in EE 3 times in oct,nov,dec 2009 for jan(spring) 2010 admissions in hyderabad. So i'm in dilema to continue and try this time for the Aug(fall) 2010 admissions or not. Pls give ur valuable suggestions or share ur experiences about how should i proceed. thnx in advance :)
