Hi ,
yes,syllabus has been changed this year.

here u can find revised syllabus. After conducting group 1
mains only they are going to give the details about the next
one.
There will be a screening test(prelims) input for the mains
'll be 1:50 (for 200 posts ,10,000 individuals 'll b selected)
How much time needed depends upon the Motivation,IQ ,General
awareness u have .
