Why Transistors are not used as switching devices?
Answer Posted / sathish.n tessolve
Hi Friends
The reason why we are not using the transistor as
switching device because there is a chance of current flow
from VCC to ground when the transistor is ON.So the
transistor take more power. But this is never happen in the
CMOS device because only one transistor is get ON at a time.
