How will we come to know that its a bug,in what situations
we consider it as a bug?

when the expected and actual behaviour of the application
is mismatching then we will get the bug.bug means error.
for exapmple: we are adding 2 numbers 2+2
our expected value is 4 but we get the answer 5.
in that situation we get the bug.
