In power projects, CT stands for current transformer & PT
stands for potential transformer. These transformers are
used for metering purposes.
CT is connected after or before circuit breaker to measure
the current flowing through circuit breaker.
PT is used for measuring voltages of line also.

I have doubt that the supply HZ (very low or high than rated ) may affect the power factor. is it true. ?

I am having a 42KW 3 phase electrical heating furnace, heating element is 80/20 nichrome material, my connections is made in such a way that 2 star connection compromising 2 coils per phase so totally 12 coils, shall if i use it unbalanced star condition (instead of 2 group of 3 phase or 1 group of 3 phase, connecting 4 phases of 5 phases) what will be the consequences and is it acceptable?
What happens if the Capacitive Voltage Transformer Primary neutral is not earthed. There is a CVT between Transformer and source, and the CVT neutral of the transformer is not earthed, does it effect the transformer while charging or does it effect the transformer charging process.
