Trial balance list of leger of A/cs and it shows always DR=CR.
Ledger Account are created as per the company/firm services.

Trial balance consist the list of accounts, where as the ledger is the part of Trial Balance which have the detail only the name of party, where the Trial balance have the details of all.

ledger is the book in which all the info about all the
accounts (ie capital acc, fixedacc, all other acc
except bank and cash acc.)
in ledger u can find all transactions of the year in every
account.
